Are You waiting on your soul mate

Soul mate!  Having a clear understanding of what this term means can help put your life into perspective.  When thinking in terms of finding their soul mate, many people are looking for their dream version or mental movie of Mr. or Mrs. Perfect.  Ironically, for most, finding Mr. or Mrs. Perfect remains an elusive dream.  It can also mean that people settle for less than they are wanting in a relationship or that they choose to remain single.  From a spiritual standpoint would Mr. or Mrs. Perfect be your true soul mate?  And under your current belief system, who said that you are only eligible for one soul mate per life time?
