What Happens To You After An Abusive Relationship?

When you get out of a bad relationship, whether it was just plain and simply wrong, or mentally and or physically abusive, most women and some men know what they don’t want ever again.  In talking with women who have been victims of abuse, most will speak candidly about why they stayed as long as they did.  They’ll discuss the turning point that encouraged them to leave.  They all know categorically what they don’t want to happen in their next relationship.   But, as a choice expert and coach, one of the most startling things I discovered was that most of the women didn’t know what they wanted.  Yes, they had it down in regards to what they didn’t want to happen, but not what they want to happen for their lives, for there future and this can turn out to be problematic.
