A life coach, is a title, much like a doctor, lawyer, nurse etc.  You know what they do...in a general sort of way, but, unless they specify you won't know what their specialty is and if their expertise, is something that can help you.  Today, we’ll speak with two coaches Coach Heather Criswell and Coach Karen Campbell who will talk about their coaching styles and specialties.
